Altars can be very simple and still be effective. Often a candle and your intent is all that is needed. Often times when the members of Circle of the Green meet for rituals, other than high holidays, there is simply three candles, an offering, a diety figure, or the cauldron alone on the altar. This is another one of those times where you must listen to your inner self to tell you what kind of altar best suits your needs and to what extent you want your ceremony to go.
