The deadline is August 1, 2006 for accepting Merchants for the 2006 event. If you are interested in being a merchant at this year's Rochester Pagan Pride Day, please complete the MERCHANT FORM and submit it via snail-mail to our RPPD Merchant Chairperson, Suzan McDermott. If we do not have your form on file you will not receive the necessary paperwork in order to vend the day of RPPD.

Suzan McDermott
P.O. Box 265
DeKalb Junction, NY 13630

Once Suzan has received your application a confirmation letter will be sent to you that will include the application for the Monroe County Parks Department.

When you receive the confirmation letter from Suzan along with the Monroe County Park Dept. application please complete it. You are responsible for mailing it to the Monroe County Parks Department along with your check or money order in the amount of $25.00 to file for a one-day merchant permit. You will not be allowed to vend without the permit. Permits will be mailed directly to you from the Monroe County Parks Dept. one-week prior to the event - you must bring this permit with you on the day of the event.

Please follow the above procedure to ensure that you are registered with the Merchant Chairperson.

Merchants are asked to provide their own tents, tables, and set-up their own area.

For more info please contact our Merchant Chairperson, Suzan McDermott [email protected]

Thanks and we look forward to seeing old friends and making new ones!
